  • 2 oz Malibu rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

For the Malibu Frosting

  • 1 oz Malibu rum For the frosting
  • 1 serving Whipped cream For frosting

For Garnish

  • Fresh strawberries For garnish

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine 2 oz of Malibu rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup of fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, ensuring that all the flavors meld beautifully.
  • Pour the luscious strawberry piña colada mixture into a chilled glass.

Frosting

  • For the Malibu frosting, whip the whipped cream until soft peaks form, then add in 1 oz of Malibu rum.
  • Continue whipping until the mixture reaches stiff peaks.
  • Spoon the fluffy Malibu frosting generously on top of the drink.

Garnishing

  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra twist, consider adding a splash of lime juice or blending in a banana. Use frozen strawberries for a slushy texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
