  • 1 tbsp olive oil Excellent for sautéing.

Pasta and Sauce

  • 20 pieces jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained Tender cylinders waiting to be filled.
  • 1 jar marinara sauce Rich and tangy.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, minced garlic, spinach, and oregano. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink and the spinach has wilted, about 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add ricotta cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix well until combined.

Stuffing and Baking

  • Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the turkey-spinach mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs like basil or parsley.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the pasta shells, as they will continue cooking in the oven. You can prepare the filling ahead for more profound flavors.
