Forming and Dipping

  • Melt the additional white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until completely melted.
  • Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate coating.
